Phantasy Star I  Japanese, Mark III Released Released December 20, 1987 | |

This is the first Phantasy Star game ever to be released. Its for the Japanese Sega Master System (called Sega Mark III). After loads of hours, days and weeks searching I found this item on a small french site, in 2002, selling rate console games. I really loves this particular game. Great graphics and illustrations on the box which is not made of plastic but paper. I am really proud of this copy. Its in great condition. |

This was the first Phantasy Star game I owned. After saving money for my Mega Drive I unfortunately sold it. In 1997 I bought a Master System II just to play it again. And the machine I bought was bundled with the game. Phantasy Star I is the best Phantasy Star game ever in my oppinion. It brings back so many sweet memories. And this was the game that started it all for me. |

I didnt know about this game at all in the beginning. It is a special release of the original Phanasy Star game but for the Japense Mega Drive. It has the same box illustration as the original game for the Sega Mark III. The rumours say its only relesed in about 1000 copies world wide. I bought it on eBay in 2002 for an indeterminate ammount. |

This the second best Phantasy Star game in my oppinion. And this is the Japanese release. I really like the illustrations on the Japense games. This version is quite rare. I bought it on eBay in 2002. |

The second Phantasy Star game I owned. After completing Phantasy Star I and bursting out in tears (almost) I couldnt describe the happiness when I heard this game was going to be released for the Mega Drive/Genesis. I bought it in 1990 (after selling my Sega Master System + Phantasy Star 1 which I regret). I also sold my Mega Drive system later on. So this is the second copy of the game, and it came into my possession in 1997. |

I heard about the Phantasy Star Collection for Saturn and it made me thinking, why not collect all Phantasy Star games ever to be released? I found it on eBay in 1999. And it gave me that special feeling when I picked it up at the post office. Now I had started my collection hunt! |
